At The Law Office of Aubrey L. Morgan, we believe that our clients deserve outstanding service in all aspects of their case, and that is why we strive to re-define the traditional attorney-client relationship by exceeding client expectations. Take a look at what our clients are saying:

  • "I honestly can't say enough about [Aubrey] . . . She is on top of everything that comes in her path and will go above and beyond . . . To say the least, she is exceptional at what she does and I am beyond grateful to have had her represent me."

          -Susan, client [child custody]

  • "Aubrey helped me with a child support modification case, and I can't imagine going through something like that without her help. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I know she probably works with lots more people, but she fully understood my case and our strategy as if I were her only client. And in the end we got a positive result. I can't recommend Aubrey highly enough!"

          -Josh, client [modification]

  • "Aubrey took me by the hand and led me through the bitter divorce process. She was diligent, a great listener and very good at responding. She was completely supportive all the way. I could not imagine how I would be if she were not my lawyer. I am pleased with my divorce settlement. Aubrey is a valuable asset to survivors of domestic violence."

          -C., client [divorce]

  • "[Aubrey] is a great lawyer [who] did everything as I wanted. I could not have asked for [my case] to go any smoother."

          -O., client [paternity establishment]

tailored Services

a sophisticated approach.

This is the standard form of legal professional services and is the appropriate level of service for most family law matters. Under this form, our client funds an initial retainer and nearly all services and expenses are billed against the retainer. All services are billed at an hourly rate; expense costs vary. When the retainer is depleted, our client replenishes his or her trust account until all work on the case is completed.

consulting service.

Because each case is unique, our stand-alone consulting service may be appropriate under certain circumstances. This service it tailored to our client's needs and is available on a one-time or on-going basis. Stand-alone consultations start at 90 minutes in duration.

This form of service is appropriate for uncontested matters and offers basic, yet exceptional, legal service to clients.

Not every case is the same, and we do not believe that legal services should be, either.

legal insurance.

We are currently working toward accepting various legal insurance plans and expect to have this service on-line before the end of the year. If you currently have legal insurance, please contact our office to see how our other services compare to the benefits of your plan.

pro bono.

Philanthropy is an underpinning of our firm. To that end, our firm accepts a select number of cases on a pro bono basis. This form of service may mirror our standard, consulting, or flat-fee services, except that there are no professional service fees associated with this form. All expenses must still be paid by our client. There is no wait list for this service. To find out if we are offering sliding scale services, please see our Services webpage for current status.
